Terms of Service

1. Manufacturing Services

Junhao Sportswear provides OEM/ODM manufacturing services for streetwear apparel. Our services include custom design, pattern making, material sourcing, sampling, and bulk production. All services are subject to availability and our current production capacity.

• • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 100 pieces per design
• • Sample development: 5-7 business days
• • Bulk production lead time: 15-20 days

2. Ordering and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit. Final payment is required prior to shipment. Payment terms are strictly net, and all prices are quoted in USD. Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

3. Intellectual Property

Clients retain all rights to their original designs and intellectual property. Junhao Sportswear agrees not to reproduce, share, or use client designs for any purpose other than fulfilling the confirmed order. All tools, patterns, and samples created for a client remain their property upon final payment.

4. Quality Assurance

We maintain strict quality control throughout production. All products are inspected before shipment. Defects due to manufacturing errors will be addressed through rework or replacement at our expense. Issues reported within 7 days of receipt will be investigated promptly.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business opportunities.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information, trade secrets, and business practices disclosed during our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship with written notice. Orders in production will be completed unless cancellation is agreed upon by both parties. Any costs incurred up to the point of termination remain the responsibility of the initiating party.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration in Dongguan, Guangdong Province.
